In the previous articles of the Jeevan Bima Bazaar, we have obtained detailed information about what the ZIP file. In this article, we will know how can you create ZIP files in different types of operating systems such as Windows, Mac, Android, iOS (i-phone/i-pad).

As you know, ZIP files are a kind of Archive Files. With the help of which many types of files and folders can be stored in one place. By doing this, such files take less space and can be easily shared. Now if you want to make a ZIP file, then for this you have to take some normal steps to suit your Operating System:

How to create ZIP File in Windows:

If you use Windows and want to create a ZIP File, then you have to complete these three important stages:

1. First of all you have to select all the files and folders that you want to convert to the ZIP Format.
2. When you have selected all those files and folders, you should press the right-click button and select the "Send-to" option.
3. As soon as you select the "Send-to" option, you will see some new options. Now click on "Compressed (Zipped) Folder" option from it. As soon as you do this, your ZIP File will be ready to create.
   You should write the name of your ZIP File and click on the Sev button. Your ZIP File will be ready as soon as you do this.

How to create ZIP File in Mac:

If you want to create a ZIP File using a MAC operating system, then for this you have to decide two important steps:

1. First of all, select all the files and folders that you want to convert to the ZIP Format.
2. Click on the Right Click button to select the file and folders and select the compress option. Now your selected files and folders are ready to be converted into ZIP Format.
   Nominate and save this new ZIP File.

How to create ZIP File in Android Mobile:

Third party applications have to be used in Android mobile or in other Android devices for creating a ZIP File. Complete the following stage in a systematic manner to create a ZIP File in Android devices.

1. Open the Google Play Store and search the "Zarchiver" application in it. Download this application and install it in your device.
2. Now open the "Zarchiver" application and choose the files and folders you want to convert to the ZIP Format. Activate the multi-select option to select more than one files.
3. Now click on one of all the selected files and select the compress option.
4. Name the file in the last and click on OK button. Your new ZIP File will be ready.

How to create ZIP File in iOS Device:

Third Party Application is also required to create ZIP file in iOS devices. To create a ZIP File from iOS device, complete the following stages in a systematic manner.

1. First open the App-Store and search an application called "IZIP". Download this application in your device and install it.
2. Open after the application is installed and you select the files and folders that you want to convert to the ZIP Format.
3. After selecting all the files, click on one folder and click on the compress option. Give a new name to the new ZIP File and click on OK button. Your new ZIP File will be ready.
